Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer will be based at our Ledbury site. You will support the quality functions within the business to maintain ISO 13485 & ISO9001. You will help ensure that we adhere with the Quality Management System requirements of ISO13485 & ISO9001. You will help develop standardized ways of working throughout the manufacturing areas and ensuring there is robust documentation to support this. Review all internal and external quality issues and ensure a robust root cause and corrective action is in place to prevent reoccurrence.

The Person

You will be an experienced, Quality Engineer who has experience of maintaining processes and procedures to comply with ISO 13485 and ISO9001. You will have experience working in a manufacturing environment with multiple processes in a fast-moving environment. Experience of problem solving and root cause analysis and can demonstrate the use of these tools.  It is preferred you have a Lead Auditor qualification or equivalent. A pragmatic individual who understands the primary focus of the business is to help clients whilst being profitable, utilising simple processes and documentation to achieve this.  A team player, able to influence people at all levels.
