Sales and Service Administrator

Symmetrikit Postural Care is a division of Sunrise Medical and the Market Leading Innovator in providing Specialist Solutions to Children and Adults with Complex Physical Disabilities. We sell to the NHS, Social Services, Charities and also to Private individuals.
We have a very successful team delivering on our planned expansion and there is now a new vacancy for a Sales and Service Administrator within our very busy Sales and Service Department.
The role requires an experienced administrator who can take responsibility for a number of tasks:
Following up on outstanding quotes, by way of various methods, and reporting against these as necessary.
Processing service contracts through our IT system.
Support and cover with planning field service work nationwide.
Holiday/Sickness cover for all other administration responsibilities within the office – full cross training will be provided and an opportunity to broaden skill set
The Ideal Candidate
Be able to demonstrate an ability to learn quickly.
Be able to create rapport and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Be able to organise daily activities with minimal assistance.
Be able to work to strict deadlines.
Work well within a team.
Attention to detail and planning experience would be advantageous.
